Admission

All Regional Hospice admissions involve the nurse as well as one other discipline — either a chaplain or social worker. This allows the nurse to spend one-on-one time with your loved one while the chaplain or social worker focuses on answering all of your questions regarding hospice care.

All Regional Hospice admissions receive an in-person follow-up visit from a Registered Nurse the day following hospice admittance. This allows the nurse to answer any additional questions you may have following the admission process as well as provide more patient centered care to assure comfort is achieved.
